Maybe half of my family is either from (as in descended) Germany or Holland (not sure which or if both), so I'd like to try foods from those countries.
Well, I have tried sauerkraut, but that's about it. Anyway, we have one German restaurant in Northeast TN, but I've never been there! Well, my mom is shy to try it out - but I really want to go sometime. O.K., who has tried food from the two nations I mentioned? How did you like it? Can you cook it?
